Your Key Responsibilities

• Communicateall the technical deliverables for an electric motor project from the customer to the Schaefflerteam,and subsequently reportback the results to the customer.
• Coordinatetasks between the Analysis, Design, and Testing groups.
• Facilitatebrainstorm / problem sessions with the Schaefflerteams.
• Ensure the execution of deliverables meets the timing and cost set by project management.
  
  Your Qualifications
  
  
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and 5 or more years of practical experience or a Masters degree in engineering and 2 or more years of practical experience.
  • Experience in presenting engineering topics and moderating discussions.
  • Experience in solving engineering problems.
  • Applicable engineering & physics knowledge.
  • Understanding of vehicle powertrain architectures and components.
  • Basic understanding of electric machines and controls of hydraulics and heat transfer.
  • Communication ability (written & verbal).
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions.

    • Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000
    • Hybrid work schedule
    • Hiring Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $1000 after 180 days
