Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Engineering to lead
application development teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead 4-5 application development teams to enhance patient and
provider experiences
Oversee third-party integrations to improve scale, security, and
reliability
Collaborate across engineering leaders to drive project goals and
stakeholder engagement
Required Qualifications
15+ years in software engineering, with 10+ years in leadership
roles, including 3 years managing managers
At least 8 years of experience in application development teams
Experience managing critical third-party integrations
Experience in a SaaS environment, ideally with AWS
Experience leading teams in a scrum agile environment
