Ashtabula, Ohio, Primary Care Physician Job

• Clinical Role:
  • Full-time negotiable schedule
  • On call 3-4 days per month
  • Clinic Practice Setting
  • 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
  • 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
  • Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
  • Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc
  • Lab onsite
  • X-Ray onsite
  • EMR - EPIC
  • Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
  • Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
  • Not accepting Locums submissions
  • Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates

  • Organization:
    • Salary range: $240,000-$375,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview)
    • 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
    • Sign on bonus - negotiable
