Job Description:
Job Details: We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join
our team at Fairview Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 18 months recent Med-Surg Telemetry experience and a
valid permanent Ohio license or compact state license in
hand.Responsibilities: The successful candidate will work night
shifts, 3-12 hour shifts, from 7pm-7am. They will be required to
have AHA BLS & ACLS certification and be willing to obtain NIHSS
prior to start. Additionally, they will need to complete a PBDS
Assessment, ECG rhythm recognition test, and safeMedicate during
orientation.Requirements: To be considered for this position,
candidates must have a minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg/Tele
experience prior to travel. They must also be willing to work night
shifts and have a valid permanent Ohio license or compact state
license in hand.
