Job Description:

A company is looking for a Clinical Network Recruiter I to join their Practitioner Contracting/Communications team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective practitioners to promote participation in clinical programs
Meet minimum outbound call requirements and monthly recruitment goals
Utilize contact management database and submit weekly activity reports

Required Qualifications and Education

Associates degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if no degree
Minimum of one year experience in outbound sales and/or customer service
Proficient in MS Office
Organized and results-oriented team player
Ability to qualify clinical practitioners based on documented criteria
