Job Description:

A company is looking for an Underwriting Specialist to perform legal research and manage UCC filings.

Key Responsibilities

Perform legal research on UCC filings, judgments, liens, and tax obligations
File UCC-1 Financing Statements and amendments, and respond to inquiries from other factoring companies
Maintain risk analysis and conduct full due diligence reviews on existing customers and prospects

Required Qualifications

Ability to remain ethical and objective while exercising independent judgment
Ability to work and learn independently and meet deadlines
Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing priorities
Experience in maintaining quality standards and confidentiality on projects
Experience with risk analysis and due diligence processes
