Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Adjuster to manage
various claims involving bodily injury and personal injury.
Key Responsibilities
Adjust third party General Liability, Auto Liability, and Errors
and Omissions claims
Gather evidence, interview claimants and witnesses, and determine
the appropriateness of estimates
Maintain communication with clients and ensure timely follow-up on
claims
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience
Possession of an Adjuster license
Maintain CEU credits for Adjuster license
Previous experience with settling bodily injury claims
Excellent knowledge of Tort Law and medical terminology
