Job Description:
Our client is looking for 50+ Quality Inspectors to work on site
in Lordstown, Ohio. The successful Quality Inspectors will perform
a wide range of inspection tasks – visual, tactile, audio; may
include re-packing activities.
Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
To inspect critical parts on a regular basis ensuring the prompt
reaction in case of supplier issues detected.
To immediately start the containment process to segregate defective
parts and support countermeasures to re-establish the regular
logistic flow as soon as possible
Inspection and validation of customer parts
Follow prescribed work instructions
Rework
Re-packing
Main tasks also include:
a. Daily coordination & investigation of rejected material.
b. Maintaining and recording associated concern and costs
c. Reporting daily results to supervisor.
d. Follow SQDCM and 5S policies.
