Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist to assist
clients with various HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat
Guide clients in using performance management, time-tracking,
onboarding, and applicant tracking systems
Stay updated on new features and products to maximize client
value
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant customer service or technical troubleshooting
experience
Open to in-office training during the initial ramping period
Dedicated workspace with high-speed, reliable internet for remote
work
Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-based
environment
Ability to work focused hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through
Friday
