A company is looking for a Multilingual Welcome Specialist to
join their Patient Engagement Project.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain quality standards for client programs and adhere to
scripts and guidelines
Accurately collect and capture information in program databases
Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with
HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent work-related experience
Fluency in Spanish with the ability to pass a medically inclined
Spanish certification
Competency with computer keyboard and mouse
Must have a designated quiet home office space
Ability to participate in frequent meetings and calls without
disruption
