Job Description:

A company is looking for a Training Facilitator to provide insurance facilitation and support for learners.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate virtual training for licensed and non-licensed agents
Develop and modify training content with clear objectives
Track metrics and performance of new hires

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Active Health Insurance License
2+ years of experience in designing and developing training content
Experience in Medicare and ACA
Prior call center leadership experience
Corporate Trainer Certification (preferred)
