Job Description:

A company is looking for a DME Referral Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing thorough and courteous customer service
Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations while maintaining accurate patient records
Process orders and schedule deliveries, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent
Six months of inbound customer service experience
Preferred: Associate's degree, LPN, or Professional Certification in a related field
Preferred: One year of inbound customer service experience in a medical/healthcare/insurance related field
