- Job Details
- Travel/Contract position for Registered Nurse at Fairview Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio.
- Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am.
- Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
- Must have 18 months permanent MS/Tele experience prior to travel.
- Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand.
  - Job Requirements
  - AHA BLS certification required.
  - ACLS certification required.
  - Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
  - Two recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required.
    - Schedule Information
    - Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am.
      - Unit Specific Information
      - Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
        
        Additional Details
        
        Government-Issued Photo ID required; must carry while on assignment.
