Job Description:
A company is looking for a Stretch Dialer Support Specialist
responsible for optimizing the utilization of Predictive Dialing
System components to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with workflow and pacing to achieve optimal productivity,
managing system performance factors and auditing daily uploads
Monitor real-time schedule adherence, authorize activities, and
diagnose dialer issues while communicating troubleshooting
instructions
Utilize reporting and data analysis to evaluate performance and
make informed decisions based on data insights
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in a call center environment with Predictive
Dialing Systems or relevant work experience
Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a call center environment with
Predictive Dialing Systems or relevant work experience
